Refund Policy

We treat our customers the way we want to be treated, hence we never want our customers to feel like the company is trying to rip you off. So our refund policy is - If you are unhappy with, for any reason, just drop us an email at and we'll take care of you.

Cases in which we will grant full refunds

  • If you were just charged for your next month of, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.
  • If you have tried for a month, and you just weren’t happy with it, you can have your money back.
  • If you forgot to cancel, and you have used it but not actively, we’ll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund.
  • If you upgraded your account to a more users, but you didn’t end up using the extra users, although you did keep using We will apply a prorata credit for you.
